Returns and Exchange

Ordered the wrong product? Not a problem.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and be in its sealed condition.

Please send us an email first to process your return or exchange.

Returns and exchanges are only accepted with 14 days of purchase.

If you require an exchange, please state in the email what product you would like.

You will be responsible for the cost of the return postage.

Once the product is returned to us, we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund / exchange or rejection via email.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase within 14 days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
